Shipping policy

Shipping

Riddle primarily ships via USPS (First Class & Priority Mail 2-3 Day Shipping).
Because we are a family business and strive to keep costs low for our clients, we ship ordersย 1-2 timesย a week.ย  This means depending on the day and time you have ordered, items usually ship within 2-4 business days. Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not considered business days.

Riddle is not responsible for incorrect mailing addresses or for non-retrieved items from your post office. Please double check your Paypal shipping address before completion of check out. If we have a package mailed back to us, that is not validation for a return. Your item will be held here for you until you request for your item to be shipped.ย 


Lost Packages

We are not responsible for packages stolen from your mailbox, porch, car, purse etc..It is your responsibility to contact your local USPS office to file a claim/police report. At this point, we are considered a 3rd party. If you need a receipt or proof of purchase, please email us at myriddlegifts@gmail.com and we are happy to assist.

If your package was marked out for delivery but never delivered, please contact your local post office for further details. You will have more information for them to assist you with than we will.

Trackingย ย ย 

Each priority shipment will include a tracking number. This number will be emailed to the email address you left us upon checking out.ย PLEASE check your spam folder for information regarding your order and/or shipment.
If you do not receive your tracking order or confirmation within 2-4 business days, please email us. We are nice and will make it right!ย 

If you are familiar with shipping costs, you will notice that we do not charge full price on our insured shipments. Weย still chip in.ย ย 

We do ship to (PO Boxes and APOs).ย 

International Shippingย 

We do offer International shipping for our clients outside of the U.S.ย This does not cover Tax and Duty. (You are responsible for gathering the informationย needed to cover the costs upon arrival to your country of residence).
